About Outlook Resources

Outlook Resources, Inc. is a privately owned Colorado Corporation. The name "Outlook" was chosen to reflect the long-term perspective of the firm's management.

Outlook is a junior resource company committed to building a portfolio of quality precious and base metals mining projects, with the initial focus of the company on the Silver Creek molybdenum project, located in unincorporated Dolores County, near the historic mining town of Rico, Colorado. Outlook is also evaluating geothermal resource development opportunities.

Maintaining high professional standards for our environmental practices is vital to our long-term success and forms the foundation of our corporate reputation and core belief. We care deeply about the Colorado environment, and believe that modern mining and environmental engineering practices, under the strict regulatory framework of current State and Federal laws, can provide assurance that when mining eventually occurs, it will be fully protective of the environment. Outlook is committed to communicating openly and honestly with the public, local government and the regulatory community, and other stakeholders on environmental and land use planning issues. We sincerely believe that mining projects should provide lasting benefits to the nearby communities and the region which last beyond the life of the mine, and that profitability and social responsibility are not mutually exclusive, but rather are mutually reinforcing. We want to be a regarded as a good neighbor in the Rico area.

Mark Levin, President of Outlook Resources, Inc. Outlook was founded in 2007 by its current President, Mark Levin. Mr. Levin has Masters Degrees in both Mining Engineering and Ecological Engineering, and is also the manager and majority owner of another Colorado based firm, Mining & Environmental Services LLC, ("MES"), which has specialized in the environmental assessment and cleanup of numerous inactive mine sites in Colorado and elsewhere since it was founded in 1995.
